Job summary

Astreya Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project & Program Management IV professional in Singapore. You will plan and coordinate IT infrastructure and software projects from initiation to delivery, aligning scope, timeline, and budgets while guiding cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and strong communication, planning, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university; 8+ years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo
• Experience coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and multiple teams
• Experience with project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Self-starter who learns new tools and processes quickly
• Experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, and project/process documentation
• Strong analytical skills: collecting, organizing, and reporting metrics
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates to executives
• Familiarity with various PM methodologies and change management knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects.
• Partner with functional teams through initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, post deployment.
• Track milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.
• Create and maintain project documentation (schedules, reviews, risk analysis).
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure feasibility.
• Drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure; advocate change management.
• Use KPIs to measure performance and provide status updates.
• Identify internal process improvements and remove gaps across teams.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular core-team meetings and reviews.
• Evaluate post-project results and coach delivery improvements.
• Other duties as required.
