Job summary

ASTEK Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects, coordinate multiple vendors and external ICT providers, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule.

You will work with application and infrastructure teams, review deliverables, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience overseeing and managing multiple vendors and external ICT service providers.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities including scope, budget and schedule management with documentation and status reporting.
• Drive activities such as requirement gathering, UAT, training and implementation.
• Review and validate deliverables like specifications, test plans and user guides.
• Perform technical analysis on system architecture, integrations and data flows.
• Collaborate with solution architects and infrastructure teams to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Assess change requests and prioritize based on business impact and technical complexity.
• Ensure SLAs for projects and incidents are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and security concerns.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues affecting operations.

Currently, we are looking for Project Manager which would be based in Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree with experience in overseeing and manage multiple vendors and external ICT service providers, working closely with application and infrastructure teams to deliver projects and enhancements aligned with business outcomes within agreed cost, timeline and quality parameters.
• Lead project management activities including scope, budget and schedule management, documentation and provide regular status and management reporting.
• Drive and spearhead project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation.
• Review and validate project deliverables such as functional specifications, system test plans and results, user guides and operations manuals.
• Perform technical analysis on system architecture, integrations, APIs and data flows to assess feasibility, impacts and dependencies across systems.
• Collaborate with solution architect, infrastructure teams and developers to ensure proposed technical designs meet business, functional and security requirements.
• Assess and analyse change and service requests, recommending solution options and prioritisation based on business impact, risk assessment and technical complexity.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures as to manage the risks.
• Ensure that the system, development processes and procedures comply with IT governance, quality management standards and security policies.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day IT related issues pertaining to application, infrastructure or security, to facilitate smooth running of daily operations.
• Work with the relevant parties to resolve security vulnerabilities found in the system.
