Job summary

Red Hat Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee IT project delivery in Singapore, guiding initiatives from initiation through closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets and timelines, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid grasp of industry-standard PM practices. You will interact with customers and internal teams to drive project success and CE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role in IT-based projects.
• Knowledge of PMI, Red Hat Services PM methodology, and agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and apply project delivery methodologies (PMI, Red Hat, Agile/Scrum).
• Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting with minimal direction.
• Handle multiple projects’ requirements, scope, timelines, and customer cadence.
• Establish metrics; develop control and reporting procedures; manage changes in plans.
• Manage project scope/change requests and stakeholder communications.
• Present project content to stakeholders and plan/schedule/monitor activities.
• Coordinate with Resource Management Office to staff with consults/architects.
