Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of enterprise technology projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and engage stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading end‑to‑end delivery from initiation to go‑live, managing scope, budgets and resources, and tracking milestones. Experience with ERP/HR tech deployments (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of IT project management or enterprise tech implementation.
• Experience delivering enterprise HR tech solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through implementation and go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish project governance, track milestones, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project escalations, and change requests.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams and complex transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
