Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee enterprise technology projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and manage end-to-end delivery from initiation to go-live in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT project management, deep knowledge of HR tech like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, and a strong command of project lifecycles, budgets, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management / enterprise technology implementation experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR technology solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and end-to-end implementation life cycles.
• Proven experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise software environments preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs and senior executive stakeholders advantageous.

PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
