Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a seasoned IT Project & Delivery Manager to lead the Distribution Channel Management System and Balanced Scorecard initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining system stability in a Singapore environment.

You will work with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to align roadmaps with regulatory requirements and business outcomes, demonstrating strong

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Project Management certification (PMP, CITPM or equivalent) preferred.
At least 7 years of IT project experience with strong delivery of business-critical systems.
Experience in regulatory-driven initiatives and vendor-led delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks and dependencies.
Maintain governance with stakeholders, vendors, and external partners; manage escalations.
Identify, own and manage risks, regulatory findings and audit issues; ensure compliance.
Align business and technology by translating requirements into delivery roadmaps and system outcomes.
