Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery, enhancements, and support for the Group Insurance Policy Administration system (GroupAsia and CIF). You will drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance and business alignment across platforms.

The role requires 8–10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in senior project management, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of SDLC and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in PM/senior PM roles.
• Proven experience with legacy and modern platforms (AS400/Java) and API integration.
• Strong understanding of Group Insurance business processes and batch-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects for GroupAsia, including enhancements, regulatory changes, tech refresh, and production support improvements.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans with milestones, dependencies, resources, risk and budget tracking.
• Govern delivery to timelines, cost, and quality; ensure compliance with SDLC, governance, and regulations.
• Oversee change management, release planning, and production deployment with minimal disruption.
• Identify risks and issues; drive mitigation plans and timely resolution.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support production issues and major incidents across GroupAsia and CIF systems.
