Job summary

UNISYNC SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager with 10+ years in Banking/Financial Services technology projects to lead large enterprise initiatives.

You will manage programs with budgets of 10–20M+ USD, coordinate multiple tech workstreams, oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, SIT/UAT, deployment and production rollout, and report to senior leadership. Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, focused on Banking/Financial Services tech projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-workstream programs with budgets of USD 10–20M+.
• Experience leading 50+ technical resources across multi-vendor teams and demand-supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery: requirements, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment.
• Oversee PMO governance: RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, controls, audits.
• Present project status, financials, risks, and delivery metrics to senior management and CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and contract aspects: SOW, SLA, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure security, risk management, regulatory compliance within Banking IT projects.
