Job summary

unisync systems pte. ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Banking/FS technology initiatives in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, planning, governance and deployment for complex programmes.

Responsibilities include managing 50+ technical resources and multi-vendor teams, controlling budgets of USD 10–20M, and ensuring strict PMO governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT required.
• 10+ years IT project management in Banking/FS.
• Experience managing large budgets and multi-vendor teams.
• Hands-on with Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Manage large-scale enterprise IT programmes with USD 10–20M budgets.
• Oversee 50+ technical resources and multi-vendor teams.
• Govern RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and controls.
• Present status and financials to senior stakeholders.
