Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a client-facing operations professional to serve as the primary operational link between enterprise accounts and post-sales delivery teams, driving service excellence and streamlining support workflows.

You will coordinate cross-functional technical teams on escalations, lead regular status syncs, and deliver analytical reports on service performance. On-site visits with stakeholders will review health and align on improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical customer support, project delivery, or operations.
• 3–5 years managing enterprise customer relationships or operational workflows.
• Knowledge of networking or IT infrastructure; CCNA or equivalent.
• ITIL familiarity; certification preferred.
• Strong PM, cross-functional coordination to resolve issues.
• Experience with reporting and metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for operational escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues.
• Lead regular status syncs, manage open actions, and deliver reports on service performance.
• Host on-site visits and briefings with stakeholders to review health and improvements.
• Manage customer-facing service initiatives and internal process optimization projects.
• Educate client teams on standardized procedures and reporting frameworks.
