Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Specialist to lead end-user services and regional governance across desktop software and workplace technology. The role emphasizes standardizing processes and strengthening controls to ensure regulatory compliance across APAC markets.

You will oversee asset lifecycle, eGRC, and vulnerability remediation, while driving automation and self-service enablement in a large-scale banking IT environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking IT operations or workplace technology leadership.
• Strong experience in risk and regulatory compliance (MAS TRM).
• Exposure to large-scale endpoint environments (10k+ users).
• Background in automation and self-service enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUS operations, governance and risk across desktop software and device lifecycle.
• Drive regional process alignment to standardize practices across markets; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain SOPs, policy documentation and Confluence; manage eGRC and internal controls including MAS TRM.
• Oversee security controls attestations, USB requests, and patch governance across endpoints; ensure secure, compliant environments.
