Job summary

OCBC invites you to join as Technology Risk Manager, Risk & Prevention, leading tech risk governance for Group O&T. You will collaborate with technology teams across regions to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, applications, and outsourcing, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will design automated risk monitoring, develop dashboards, and support internal/external audits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in technology risk management and IT auditing.
• Experience in IT risk assessments (RCSA) and audits.
• Familiarity with MAS guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop automated risk monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and control design for technology and outsourcing.
• Collaborate with technology teams and regional Risk & Prevention units.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with tracking and root-cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards and heatmaps to visualize risk metrics for leadership.
• Drive automation for risk measurement and monitoring.
