As a Technology Infrastructure Specialist at OCBC, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our systems and infrastructure are secure, efficient, and always available. Lead and oversee end-user services (EUS) operations, governance and risk management across desktop software, device lifecycle, and workplace technology domains.
This role is responsible for driving process standardization, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening controls, and improving operational efficiency across APAC markets.
Responsible for Workplace Technology operations and governance.
Drive regional process alignment to standardize practices across markets.
Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure consistency, control, and scalability.
Partner with stakeholders across IT, Risk and Business units to align priorities
Oversee desktop software management, including provisioning, lifecycle, and compliance.
Lead inventory management for EUC assets including endpoints, peripherals, and licenses.
Manage obsolescence planning and refresh strategies to mitigate operational and security risks.
Ensure accuracy and traceability of asset records.
Maintain and continuously enhance SOPs, policies, and Confluence documentation.
Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory expectations and operational realities.
Own and drive deliverables across eGRC, RCSA, and internal control frameworks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MAS TRM) and internal policies.
Manage security control attestations (e.g., iOT controls, software compliance).
Oversee USB requests processing and ensure strict governance.
Drive enforcement of whitelisting controls (e.g., Printer Whitelisting).
Oversee mobile devices patching cycles, and endpoint compliance.
Manage vulnerability remediation and patch governance across endpoints.
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and optimally utilized.
Including IOT devices ecosystem (base configuration, patching, lifecycle)
15+ years in banking IT operations, EUC/EUS, or workplace technology leadership roles
Strong experience in risk, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS TRM)
Proven track record in regional/global operations management
Exposure to large-scale endpoint environments (10k+ users)
Background in automation and self-service enablement
Strong knowledge of:
Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, endpoint security platforms)
Experience leading cross-functional and regional teams
Strong stakeholder engagement across IT, Risk, and Business
Ability to drive transformation, automation, and process improvement
