Overseeing all technology operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint management (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, Intune or equivalent tools), and evaluating them according to established goals
Implementing executive policies and overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals, including secure endpoint deployment and lifecycle management
Devising and establishing IT policies and systems (including endpoint usage, patching, and security controls) to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology and end-user computing needs
Developing and overseeing SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based) metrics for hardware, software, storage, and endpoint performance and compliance
Identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities, including those related to endpoint devices, with strategic solutions that increase data security
Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, endpoint management, and disaster recovery systems and processes
Directing and supporting the implementation of new software, hardware, and endpoint management solutions (e.g., MDM, EDR, device hardening tools)
Identifying and recommending new technology solutions, including modern endpoint and workspace technologies
Overseeing departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting, covering endpoint lifecycle costs (procurement, support, replacement)
Researching and recommending new products, including secure end-user computing and device management solutions
Identifying new market opportunities and technology-driven improvements within the travel sector
Leading efforts to improve IT processes, including automation and optimization of endpoint provisioning, monitoring, and support
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is advantageous.
10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user computing environments.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology operations and transformation initiatives.
Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Strong experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM, JAMF, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology programs.
Experience within the travel, hospitality, aviation, transportation, or consumer services sectors is highly desirable.
