The programme is meant for fresh graduates without prior technology experience to start a career in the banking industry.

Build your foundation and deepen your specialisation through a 12-month on-the-job and structured training programme, with opportunities to gain valuable real-life working experience with participation in exciting projects undertaken by the Bank.

This programme includes:

• Structured training for in-demand technology skills such as Platform Engineering and Intelligent Automation
