Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd.

is seeking an experienced IT professional to support and manage the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digitalisation initiatives and end-user services, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient IT operations. You will oversee SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, cloud services, backup, disaster recovery, and drive AI initiatives to improve processes and insights with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, ideally in multinational/regional environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience coordinating IT vendors and projects and supporting digital transformation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Business One and enterprise applications, including user access, upgrades, testing and HQ coordination.
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations covering servers, networks,Microsoft 365, cloud services and end-user devices.
• Implement cybersecurity, access controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Ensure PDPA compliance and internal IT policies and information security requirements.
• Manage IT backups and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Drive digitalisation, automation and AI initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, supporting data quality and business insights.
• Coordinate IT projects, system implementations, vendor management, software licensing and contract administration.
• Support IT budgeting, procurement, asset management and cost optimisation.
• Provide IT helpdesk support, user onboarding, training and maintenance of IT documentation and SOPs.

About the role

To support and manage the Company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digitalisation initiatives and end-user services, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient IT operations that support business objectives while complying with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Business One, enterprise applications and user access, including troubleshooting, upgrades, testing and vendor/HQ coordination
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations covering servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services and end-user devices
• Implement cybersecurity, access controls, patch management, vulnerability remediation and incident response in line with HQ standards and regulations
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal IT policies and information security requirements
• Manage IT backups and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Drive digitalisation, automation and AI initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, supporting data quality and business insights
• Coordinate IT projects, system implementations, vendor management, software licensing and contract administrationSupport IT budgeting, procurement, asset management and cost optimisation

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational company or regional business environment
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity
• Experience coordinating IT vendors, managing IT projects and supporting digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage
