Orchard Turn Developments PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage core IT systems, networks, and cloud environments in a Singapore-based team.

You will oversee system administration, security, backups, and disaster recovery, while coordinating with vendors and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience in IT infrastructure administration or similar systems engineering role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex system errors under pressure.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• System Administration: Manage user access, AD, O365/Google Workspace, and software deployments across the organization.
• Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity measures, firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection compliance.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Oversee backups, verify data integrity, and maintain DR protocols to minimize disruption.
• Hardware & Vendor Management: Procure and lifecycle-manage IT assets; coordinate with vendors and ISPs for service agreements.
• Technical Support Escalation: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex infrastructure/network issues.
• Documentation: Maintain network diagrams, asset inventories, project docs, SOPs.
• Project Coordination: Support IT initiatives and digital transformation projects, assist in UAT and implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and stay updated on technologies and best practices.
