Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a senior IT infrastructure and system integration leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end projects from tender through go-live. You will architect technical solutions, coordinate with architects, pre-sales, customers and vendors, and guide teams across on-premise, cloud or hybrid IT/OT deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, virtualization, servers, storage, databases, cloud infrastructure and backup, plus strong networking knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure/system integration and project delivery.
• Strong experience in technical solutioning, system architecture, design and end-to-end system implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, servers, storage, databases, cloud infrastructure and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, network monitoring and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams through design, deployment, integration, UAT, production testing and go-live.
• Experience in a large-scale system integration environment is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, GCP, Red Hat or CCNP are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT system integration and infrastructure projects, from tender solutioning and technical design through deployment, testing and go-live.
• Analyze tender and project requirements and develop system architecture, technical solutions and design documentation.
• Work closely with architects, pre-sales teams, customers, vendors and technical engineers to design and deliver on-premise, cloud or hybrid IT/OT solutions.
• Lead technical teams in infrastructure deployment, system integration, UAT, production testing and go-live.
• Manage project milestones, technical deliverables, risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Participate in customer and technical meetings, providing solution presentations, progress updates and technical recommendations.
• Evaluate infrastructure technologies and vendors and provide suitable technical solutions based on project requirements.
