Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional in Singapore. The role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling technical aspects of projects, with involvement in system and network infrastructure setups and upgrades.

You will support operational systems per SLAs, perform preventive maintenance, and generate thorough project documentation. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, and networking is essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS; virtualization experience is a plus.
Hands-on with virtualization, hypervisors, and Nutanix is advantageous.
Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects.
Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
Support operational systems in line with contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
