Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years in end-user engagement and 2 years in team management.
- Expertise in IT governance, risk management, vendor and contract management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks.

- Lead the leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Oversee daily IT operations, security, and end-user computing environments.
- Coordinate audits, remediation actions and ensure compliance with ISO and BizSafe.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, and digital productivity solutions.
- Manage vendors, contracts and service delivery to meet SLAs.
- Develop technology roadmaps and oversee risk management across IT.
