Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore is seeking a senior IT infrastructure engineer to design, implement, manage and operate enterprise-scale networks, systems and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes secure configuration, hardening and regulatory compliance across Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to enforce controls, address vulnerabilities and support on-call operations. A hands-on leader with extensive networking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure management, and IT administration.
• Solid hands-on experience in network technologies: routing, switching, ACLs, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs, NAC.
• Known enterprise network and security solutions: Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, PAM, SIEM and Microsoft network technologies.
• Experience with M365, Windows Servers, RHEL, VMware/Hyper-V, NAS/SAN/vSAN storage.
• Certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware VCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired/wireless, routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Implement, support and administer Windows Server, Linux, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) including storage.
• Monitor infrastructure with Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG and Nagios.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and hybrid identity (on-prem AD + Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform RCA.
• Plan patches, upgrades, migrations and capacity improvements.
• Enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• System hardening (CIS benchmarks or equivalent).
• Support incident response, troubleshooting and on-call operations.

Job description

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure across networks, systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This includes a solid focus on secure configuration, system hardening, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to translate design into practical implementation across network devices, servers (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity team to implement security controls, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
• Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired and wireless networks, routing, switching, load balancer, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
• Implement, support and administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) including storage server and vSAN.
• Implement, support and administer IT Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG and Nagios.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and support hybrid identity (on-prem AD + Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.

About you

• Good technical and hands-on experience in systems and infrastructure: M365, Windows Servers and RedHat Enterprise Linux, Virtualization Platforms (VMware and Hyper-V), NAS, SAN and vSAN storage.
• Hands-on experience with system hardening, patch management, and infrastructure security practices.
• Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver reliable solutions.
