Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT backbone in Singapore. You will ensure high availability of servers, networks, and security systems, supporting a multi-site environment and complying with corporate policies.

The role covers AD/DNS/file servers, backup solutions, endpoint security, patching and hardening, plus IT governance, audits, and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related IT field.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and network management.
• Experience with IT security operations, firewalls, VPNs, and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems for high availability.
• Perform server and network administration: AD, DNS, file servers, backups.
• Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities via patching and hardening.

About the role

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network environment, and security systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform server and network administration, including Active Directory, DNS, file servers, backup solutions, and endpoint security management
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities through patch management, system hardening, and security best practices
• Support IT governance, compliance audits, policy reviews, and infrastructure documentation
• Provide end-user support and office IT administration, including hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity troubleshooting

About you

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related IT disciplines
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, network management, and IT security operations
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, antivirus/EDR solutions, backup systems, and Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge of IT governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred relevant professional certification, ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, ISO:27001
