Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable Senior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and system maintenance.

The role includes managing AD, firewall administration (Sophos), network troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors for hardware and software needs. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract with staff benefits and a salary of SGD 4,000–6,000 plus VB.

Office-based role in Commonwealth, Singapore with standard Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Relevant IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, networking, firewalls and Windows environments.
• Experience with Sophos products is advantageous.
• Clear communication and ownership of issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network and IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.
• Manage AD and group policy, user accounts, password resets, and access rights.
• Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall and network equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment, repairs and quotations.
• Document configurations and maintain hardware/software inventories.
