You will lead enterprise technology programs, manage budgets, and deliver strategic solutions across hybrid cloud environments while aligning with executive policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology operations including infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint management.
• Implement executive policies and oversee technical projects aligned with goals.
• Develop IT policies and systems to support strategy deployment.
• Analyze business requirements to determine tech and end-user needs.
• Establish SMART metrics for hardware, software, storage, and endpoints.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across endpoint devices.
• Direct delivery of networks, development, endpoint management, and disaster recovery.
• Lead implementation of new software, hardware, and endpoint management solutions.
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve operations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and procurement lifecycle costs.
• Research and pursue technology-driven opportunities in travel sector.
