Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, CS or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Additional cybersecurity or infrastructure certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk with governance and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet CSAT targets.
• Prepare engagement materials, statements of work and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide project leadership, coaching and performance management for team members.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels and ensure timely communications.
