Job summary

NCS is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure-based projects, ensuring quality, within scope, and on schedule for clients across the Asia Pacific. The role involves resource scheduling, risk management, and governance to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate across hardware, software, and processes, and leverage Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Agile methods and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within time, scope and cost.
• Ensure project delivery quality and manage budgets and risk plans.
• Develop project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk/communication plans.
• Track progress and report to senior management and customers.
• Leverage Excel, Power BI to analyze performance and develop dashboards.
