Job summary
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the Ministry of Manpower's data services, system integrations and customer-facing digital platforms on a fixed-term contract. Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Integration Services or Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear requirements.
- Analyze processes, document user stories and acceptance criteria for solutions.
- Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities with vendors and teams.
- Support data replication, integration, and platform modernisation initiatives.
