Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive for the Centralised Institutional Review Board (CIRB) on a 2-year contract. The role focuses on providing secretariat support, maintaining CIRB operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will review IRB applications, coordinate communications with principal investigators, and help update policies and educational materials related to human biomedical research ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a biomedical-related field.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Good command of English and effective meeting minutes writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide CIRB secretariat support to ensure its effective and efficient operations.
• Prepare management reports, facilitate department meetings, and coordinate CIRB projects.
• Review IRB applications for completeness and coordinate requests for clarification, amendments, and continuing reviews.
• Interpret ethical principles and develop/update forms, guidelines, policies, and educational materials.
