Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a DSRB Analyst within the Office of Human Research Protection Programme (OHRPP) to support ethics operations and ensure robust review processes for human research subjects.

The role assists the Manager in managing Domain-Specific Review Boards, prepares reports, maintains the DSRB database, and provides guidance to Investigators and Sponsors on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document and present findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to manage operations of Domain-Specific Review Boards to ensure timely and compliant ethics reviews.
• Perform secretariat duties to the NHG REC and maintain detailed meeting minutes.
• Prepare DSRB-related reports and maintain an up-to-date database of all applications.
• Provide guidance to Investigators and Sponsors on NHG ethics policies, procedures and forms.
• Communicate with stakeholders and regulatory authorities as needed.
