Job summary

BlackSoil Global, a Singapore-based alternative credit firm, seeks a Senior Associate / Vice President to join its investment and fund management team. The role spans investment execution, portfolio management and fund operations, with investor relations responsibilities and fundraising activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in private credit, venture debt or asset management, strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with MAS-regulated fund structures in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in private credit, venture debt, or asset management.
• Familiarity with Singapore VCC structures and MAS-regulated funds is an advantage.
• CFA charter or progress toward one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate and execute private credit and structured investments.
• Prepare investment memos, financial models and credit assessments.
• Monitor portfolio companies for covenant compliance, repayments and risk.
