Job summary

BlackSoil Global is seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate/ Vice President to join our investment and fund management team in Singapore. The role covers private credit, portfolio management, fund operations, investor relations and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in fund management or related financial services, with strong analytical and execution capabilities and CFA qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fund management or related financial services.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and investment evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, evaluation and execution of private credit and structured investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial models and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor portfolio companies and covenant compliance; support due diligence and closing.
• Work with senior investment professionals on portfolio construction and risk.
• Assist in fund reporting, NAV processes and investor documentation.
