Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a stock inventory manager responsible for end-to-end control of all stores at the Logistics Support Centre. You will track movement across the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) and ensure accurate system-based accounting across storage locations.

Key duties include monitoring stock levels, maintaining inventory records, coordinating replenishments, and overviews of stock takes.

Qualifications

• Education in Logistics/SCM preferred.
• Min 5 years in inventory management or logistics.
• Knowledge of enterprise Logistics IT systems.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under time/resource constraints.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Ensure documentation and reconciliation of inventory transactions across systems.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels, asset locations, and movement across locations.
• Implement data validation checks to detect discrepancies in system data.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduled stock takes.
• Provide regular performance reports on inventory accuracy, stock turnover, system uptime and compliance with stock takes.
