Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification as stated: O Level / NITEC / Diploma.
• Must be meticulous, organized and able to multi-task in a clinic setting.
• Good customer service and frontline skills required.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Computer literate with ability to use MS Word and MS Excel.
• Mandarin & English reading and writing ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services for Chinese Medicine
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialties / clinics / inpatient within the Group
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor's review and follow up
• Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts
