Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an seasoned HSE Manager to lead the Project Management Consultant's Health, Safety and Environmental function for a major solar/BESS and transmission interconnector project across Indonesia, Singapore, and offshore environments. You will oversee EPC/EPCI contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with IFC/Equator Principles and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of HSE experience in major industrial, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 10 years in senior HSE leadership roles with responsibility for large, multi-contractor projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC HSE strategy, objectives, and governance.
• Promote a proactive Zero Harm culture across all stakeholders.
• Provide visible leadership and establish consistent HSE expectations.
• Drive accountability, intervention, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior PMC HSE representative and support executive reporting.
