Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years delivering major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 8 years in Interface Management, Integration Management, Project Management, or Major Package Management roles.
• Proven experience on large-scale EPC and/or EPCI projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-contractor interfaces and cross-border delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Project Interface Management Program with governance, tools and reporting.
• Identify, define and manage technical, contractual, organizational, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Maintain the Master Interface Register and monitor actions, milestones and closure status.
• Coordinate interfaces between Solar PV, BESS, substations, transmission systems, and subsea cables.
• Manage interfaces between EPC/EPCI contractors, suppliers, utilities, and regulators.
• Oversee cross-border interfaces between Indonesian and Singaporean facilities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate marine and subsea cable interfaces including surveys, installation and testing.
• Support construction, commissioning and operational readiness with effective interface processes.
• Identify interface risks, allocate responsibilities and mitigate commercial exposures.
