Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an Sr. Associate Director, Insurance Specialist in Singapore. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive referrals and conversions, train RM teams, and deliver on insurance propositions and processes.

You will lead reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and drive sales activity while upholding high ethical and regulatory standards. The role requires deep experience in insurance sales, strong business communication, and the ability to train and motivate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience
• Experience in Insurance sales is preferred
• Strong business communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and drive insurance referrals with Relationship Managers.
• Conduct insurance needs analysis and advise clients with timely solutions.
• Regularly report leads, activity, and pipeline to internal stakeholders.
• Lead by example, shape team culture and collaborate with risk and control partners.
• Ensure compliance with money laundering prevention procedures and regulatory requirements
