Job summary

You will oversee progress to ensure sales targets are met and contribute to strategic plans for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling insurance products.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with relationship-management processes and financial services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with Relationship Managers to hit target referrals and conversion.
• Train Relationship Managers through regular sessions, workshops and case studies to improve product knowledge and insurance pitching.
• Ensure sales targets are met and monitor progress against plan.
• Generate ideas and action plans to boost sales activity and other financial drivers.
