Qualifications

• Insurance concepts and product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Experience in sales or client advisory is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to achieve referrals and conversion targets.
• Train Relationship Managers through workshops and case studies on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure sales targets are met and monitor progress against targets.
• Develop ideas and plans to boost sales activity and other key financial metrics.
