Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks an Associate Director, Insurance Specialist to drive insurance referrals and train Relationship Managers, focusing on achieving sales targets and delivering compelling client solutions.

You will lead with integrity, collaborate across internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach the sales team to pitch insurance propositions while maintaining high standards of risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in insurance sales preferred.
• M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, HI certifications preferred.
• Strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-find insurance need analysis for clients and provide prompt advice and solutions.
• Maintain a systematic review process for existing policyholders.
• Ensure customer enquiries are promptly attended to.
• Provide prompt and regular reporting of leads, sales activity and pipeline cases.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, fiduciary, credit teams and insurance providers on case management.
