Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a sales professional to work with Relationship Managers to achieve referral targets and conversions. The role includes training RMs on product knowledge, insurance pitches, and process adoption, while ensuring sales targets are met and proposing ideas to boost activity and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in sales, insurance sales experience, and strong business communication skills, with preferred certifications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant sales experience.
• M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certification is preferred.
• Experience in Insurance sales is preferred.
• Business communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• To work with Relationship Managers in achieving the target number of referrals and conversion.
• To train the Relationship Managers via regular training, workshops and case-studies in order to deliver on product knowledge, insurance proposition/pitch, processes and sharing of new ideas.
• Ensure sales target is met.
• To generate ideas and action plan on increasing sales activity and other relevant financial drivers.
