Job summary

TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking a diligent insurance associate in Singapore to support Japanese business marketing and client services. You will process policies, endorsements, and renewal notices while ensuring accuracy of client data and system entries.

You will also prepare cover letters and drafts for dispatch. Ideal candidates are diploma holders or polytechnic graduates with keen willingness to learn, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE O Level in related discipline.
• Fresh entrants from ITE/Polytechnics welcomed.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Willingness to take CGI exam if required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold company philosophy and J-Standard requirements.
• Support annual marketing strategies for Japanese Business Marketing.
• Provide client services for general policy enquiries.
• Handle daily administrative operations and system tasks.
• Create/modify client/agent codes and update client information accurately.
• Process and issue policies/endorsements; check renewal notices and risk summaries.
• Prepare cover letters, draft policies, and endorsements for dispatch.
• Maintain accuracy of renewal notices and renewal files.
• Maintain policies/documents and cover colleagues in absence.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
