Job summary

MANULIFE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Case Manager to oversee end-to-end service aspects of pre- and post-sale submissions, liaising with Financial Representatives, New Business & Underwriting, Legal & Compliance, and Distribution Partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.

You will produce daily and monthly reports, manage ad-hoc requests, conduct enhanced due diligence, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve one-touch resolution and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution/university.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with approximately 3 years in the insurance industry.
• Highly service-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Flexible and capable of adapting in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Understanding of financial services and the requirements of sales professionals is advantageous.
• Front facing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end case management (pre- and post-sale) of service transactions.
• Liaise with Financial Representatives, Business Development, New Business & Underwriting, Legal & Compliance teams to gather required documents.
• Provide regular updates and reviews on underwriting requirements and decisions for HNW business.
• Coordinate with Distribution Partners, Policy Services, Product & Pricing, Client Services and Claims on inforce policy requests and changes.
• Ensure accurate filing, archival and timely processing of documents in AWD and related systems.
• Screen submitted documents and perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to policy issuance.
• Handle appeals and provide timely responses from involved teams; manage ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare monthly pipeline cases and focus lists for New Business & Underwriting.
