Manulife in Singapore seeks a Case Manager to oversee end-to-end service for pre- and post-sale transactions. You will liaise with Financial Representatives, new business teams and compliance to gather documents, review underwriting needs, and manage ongoing status updates.

The role covers post-sale support, reporting, and process improvements. We value service orientation, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution; required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with about 3 years in insurance.
• Highly service-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial services and sales professionals’ needs is advantageous.
• Front-facing experience is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end case management across pre- and post-sale lifecycle.
• Liaise with Financial Representatives and partners to gather documents and advise on underwriting.
• Maintain proactive status updates and reporting; prepare monthly pipeline cases.
• Handle post-sales requests, policy changes, illustrations, claims; ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance and onboarding of banks; conduct trainings.
