Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of affluent insurance portfolios from intake to contract delivery.
• Manage allocated accounts to drive progress and timely completion.
• Coordinate with risk management, sales, administration and compliance to clear blockers.
• Act as liaison for corporate clients and global intermediaries with clear milestones.
• Administer multi-million dollar portfolios in line with compliance and service metrics.
• Track milestones to identify efficiency improvements and shorten turnaround times.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members when needed.

We are partnering with a leading life insurer in Singapore to hire an experienced HNW Case Manager to join its Underwriting team.

This role will take ownership of complex HNW new business cases, managing the end-to-end application journey and working closely with Underwriters, Sales and Operations teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of affluent market insurance portfolios, beginning at intake and moving past risk assessment to eventual contract delivery.
• Assume full responsibility for allocated accounts to dynamically advance their status, guaranteeing prompt completion and an outstanding customer journey.
• Collaborate heavily with risk management, business development, administration, and compliance groups to clear pending mandates and operational friction points.
• Serve as a primary liaison for corporate personnel and global intermediaries, offering transparent and forward-looking milestones.
• Administer intricate, multi-million dollar portfolios while strictly adhering to internal compliance metrics and service benchmarks.
• Track processing milestones to pinpoint avenues for streamlining operations, cutting turnaround durations, and upgrading delivery benchmarks.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.

Requirements

• Possess at least five years of applicable professional tenure in the life underwriting or financial services domain, preferably focused on high-net-worth portfolio administration, onboarding, or account management.
• Hold a solid comprehension of risk appraisal methodologies and operational onboarding frameworks.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation capabilities with the capacity to securely guide intricate accounts and achieve deliverables across diverse business units.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain an ambitious mindset and ease with assuming complete accountability within a rapid corporate setting.
• Holding credentialed insurance certifications like LOMA or FLMI will give candidates an edge.
• Prior exposure utilizing data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI is preferred.
