Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in life insurance, case management, new business operations, or policy administration.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of life insurance applications from quotations through policy issuance.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants and coordinate with private bankers, insurers and trustees.
• Facilitate medical examinations and additional underwriting requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain case records, monitor pending applications and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare case status reports and track in-force policies.
