Job summary

Woodlands Hospital, Singapore, seeks a Senior/Assistant Manager for Innovation & Improvement on a 5-month contract. The role focuses on driving the hospital's Smart Hospital agenda, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across Smart Clinic, Ward, and Radiology.

Qualifications

Recognised university degree in health/management or related field.
Minimum 2 years in healthcare, community care, or transformation roles.
Experience in strategic planning, project management, service redesign, or digital transformation preferred.
Exposure to AI, automation, or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support Smart Hospital strategy and transformation roadmap development.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Analyse insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
Coordinate AI, automation & RPA initiatives across the hospital to improve productivity.
Manage multiple projects with timelines, milestones, and resources.
Design Smart Hospital showcases and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
