Job summary

The incumbent will provide programme management, secretariat support, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring of activities, collaborating with clinicians and corporate teams to drive transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support the IMH Innovation Office to deliver end-to-end design and delivery of innovation initiatives.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks across projects and portfolios.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across clinical, operational, and corporate domains.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and governance committees.
• Provide secretariat and coordination support for Steering Committee meetings.
• Consolidate proposals, papers, and updates for management review.
• Maintain documentation and version control for governance records.
• Facilitate development of an innovation culture and digital literacy through training.
