SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced System Manager to oversee a 24x7 mission-critical infrastructure, leading a team of system engineers and ensuring high availability, cybersecurity, incident recovery, and operational continuity. You will collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to plan maintenance, deploy patches, and drive service improvements, while remaining available for after-hours deployments and on-call duties.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
6 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or mission-critical environments, with 3 years leading a team.
3 years experience managing O&M activities for critical systems.
Experience with Windows Server 2019+/Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, PKI, and SSL/TLS certificate management.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a 24x7 mission-critical system with a team of system engineers.
Manage system availability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
Work with the SDM to plan maintenance, patching, upgrades, and service improvements.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, service recovery, and operational reporting.
