Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in system implementation or similar roles.
• Experience in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• 24x7 on-site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.
• Familiar with site installation practices and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot end devices and central equipment to ensure uptime.
• Respond to client service requests and provide on-site support.
• Prepare quotations, manage variation orders, and ad-hoc service works.
• Read construction drawings and update as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Perform system updates, patching, and vulnerability remediation under guidance.
• Support contract administration, reporting, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs and maintain high service quality.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular maintenance updates.
