Job summary

NTC Integration Pte Ltd seeks an Infrastructure Support Engineer to perform routine operations, monitor performance, and assist with maintenance in a Windows/Linux environment. The role requires on-call availability with varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and teamwork to resolve issues promptly.

You will configure hardware and software, maintain documentation, and escalate incidents as needed, while upholding service levels and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 2–3 years of experience deploying and maintaining server, storage and backup in Windows & Linux.
• Experience in Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Reporting Server.
• Experience in virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Experience in AD, RDS and system troubleshooting.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and email troubleshooting.
• Experience in End User Computing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in networking/perimeter security/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine infrastructure operations per IT standards.
• Monitor daily infrastructure traffic and performance.
• Configure infrastructure and computing environments.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and tests.
• Perform minor infrastructure repairs per specs.
• Act as first contact for infrastructure incidents and escalate as needed.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track resolutions.
• Support service level objectives and performance metrics.
• Identify recurring issues for senior management.
